  • Information for staff about visits concerning them
  • Preparation of visitor badges
  • Identity control in the event of loss of access card and communication with the security service
  • Various administrative tasks: filing, archiving, document scanning, email processing, etc.
  • Taxi reservation
  • Planning management and vehicle fleet keys
  • Delivery tracking

Votreprofil:

• Administration or secretarial training
• Good command of English or Luxembourgish. Knowledge of English is an important asset
• At least a first experience in a similar function
• Mastery of MS Office computer tools
• Excellent presentation, courtesy, taste for contact, flexibility and team spirit
• Availability for immediate entry into office
